Winter Bash

We're excited to invite you to the ISTA Winter Bash on December 14^th, 2023 at 4:00 pm.

Winter Bash is an internal gathering, providing the perfect occasion to mingle with both familiar faces and new colleagues. Enjoy an evening of fun, entertainment, and celebrate together. Let's make this event one to remember!

Food and drinks will be free of charge. The details about the caterers you can find below.
Keep in mind that most of the catering will be set up outdoors, so make sure to bring your coat, scarf, and hat for added comfort.

Please register to ensure we have enough food and drinks for everyone. After registering successfully you will receive an automatically generated email with a registration confirmation.

You can take the regular ISTA Shuttle bus, but two extra shuttle buses will be provided to Vienna, Heiligenstadt (with the stop: Klosterneuburg, Stadtplatz). One at 9:00 pm and the last one at 10:15 pm.

Raffle at Winter Bash  

Support a worthy cause and be the lucky winner at the Winter Bash Raffle!

Participate in the Winter Bash Raffle where every donation supports the St. Anna Children’s Cancer Research Institute (Kinderkrebsforschung). Visit the Raffle desk located in the Moonstone Building, just in front of the entrance, during Winter Bash from 4:00 pm until 6:15 pm. Donate as much as you wish (recommended minimum donation €2 per ticket) and receive a guaranteed ISTA gift.

Prizes: Some of the fantastic rewards include spa voucher, dinners, exquisite wines, shiatsu session, and more. Don't miss the excitement as we draw the winning numbers on stage at 6:30 pm!

Mystery Gift at ISTA 

Join in the holiday cheer with our Mystery Gift at ISTA's Winter Bash! Spread joy by giving a gift to a fellow participant and receive a surprise in return. Here's how it works:

• Bring your carefully wrapped gift to the Event Office (I03.EG.001, Mon-Thu: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm) with a tag containing your name and a short festive message.
• New deadline: December 13th, 2023, Wednesday until 5:00 pm.
• Once you bring it, we will put your name on a list. Your gift will be assigned a number, entered into our Mystery Gift raffle box.
• Visit the Raffle Desk (located in Moonstone Building, in front of the entrance) during the Winter Bash on December 14th, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Draw a number from the box and receive a delightful surprise gift from another participant.
